Elite RnR Keyword Research Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Elite RnR Keyword Research (the "App"), operated by Elite Technology Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida ("Elite Technology Solutions", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information, including data received from Google APIs when a user signs in with a Google account and grants the App access.

The App is an internal business tool. It is used only by authorized Elite Technology Solutions staff, signing in with their own Google accounts. It is not offered to the general public, and it is not directed at consumers. By signing in to the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Google user data (via Google APIs)

When an authorized user signs in with Google, the App may request these permissions:

• Google Ads API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): used to read Keyword Planner data, such as historical monthly search volume and seasonality for keywords in US locations, and to list the Google Ads accounts the signed-in user can access. The App does not create, change or run campaigns, and does not make purchases.
• Google Analytics (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.edit, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly): used to create Google Analytics 4 properties and web data streams for websites we own and operate, and to read traffic reports for those websites.
• Google Search Console (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters): used to verify ownership of websites we own and operate, add them as properties, submit sitemaps, and read their search performance.

For each permission, the App only accesses data belonging to Google accounts and Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console properties that the signed-in user already controls or has been given access to. The App does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos or any other Google service.

When a user signs in, Google also shares an OAuth access token and refresh token with the App so it can make these requests on the user's behalf. Tokens are stored as described in Section 4.

1.2 Information you provide

Authorized users enter research inputs into the App, such as a service type (for example, "roof repair") and a US metro area (for example, "Sarasota, FL"). These inputs are business research parameters and do not contain personal information.

1.3 Information collected automatically

This website (rnr.eliteleadgen.com) is a static informational page. It does not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and it has no sign-up forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type in server logs in order to deliver and secure the website, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above only to provide the App's features to our own staff:

• To look up historical keyword search volume and seasonality for services in US locations, so we can decide which local service websites to build.
• To create Google Analytics 4 properties and data streams, verify and add Google Search Console properties, and submit sitemaps for websites that Elite Technology Solutions owns and operates.
• To read traffic and search performance for those websites and compile internal reports.
• To keep the App secure, troubleshoot errors and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, for selling or profiling, for creditworthiness or lending decisions, or to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except for the signed-in user themselves, where we have the user's affirmative consent for specific data, where necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable law.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Elite RnR Keyword Research's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we store and protect information

• OAuth tokens and research output are stored on company-controlled computers and private cloud accounts belonging to Elite Technology Solutions. They are never published on this website or in public code repositories.
• Credentials are kept in restricted configuration files that are excluded from version control. Access is limited to authorized Elite Technology Solutions staff.
• Data sent between the App and Google APIs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• We review access periodically and revoke tokens that are no longer needed.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we hold.

5. Data retention and deletion

• OAuth tokens are kept only while the App is in active use by the signed-in user and are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed.
• Keyword statistics and website performance reports are aggregate business figures. We keep them for up to 24 months for research and reporting, then delete them.
• Raw API responses are held only as long as needed to generate a report.

You can ask us to delete any data associated with your Google account at any time by emailing jake@eliteleadgen.com. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data or any other personal information. We do not share Google user data with third parties, except:

• with service providers that host our infrastructure (such as Cloudflare), only as needed to run the App and under confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Elite Technology Solutions, our users or others;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users before the data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Your choices and rights

• Revoke access: you can remove the App's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The App will immediately stop being able to access your Google data.
• Access or correction: you can ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your data as described in Section 5.

8. Children's privacy

The App is a business tool for Elite Technology Solutions staff and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

The App is operated from the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for renewed consent where required.
